The permanent readiness of a battery changes over its lifetime. To make a precise statement, the determination of the usable content (capacity) is required. At the same time, fast information is needed, ...is the battery already pre-damaged?
To achieve this, it needs to be tested with minimal effort according to defined criteria within a few seconds. Both functions are combined in the BQCC2. Rapid test as well as intensive performance testing through cyclic charging and discharging processes with analysis of the current state and final evaluation.
The BQCC2 is fully compatible with the Nordisch adapter system and thus requires only minimal user settings. A battery-specific parameter adjustment is done by inserting the required adapter. Thus, the system can be used after a short training period.
Documentation: Test results, total duration of the process, and set parameters can be transferred and monitored online via the interface to the PC. The data can be stored and used for further processing and evaluation.
Display InformationSelected battery type, charging or discharging process, current flow, charged or discharged capacity are always available on the display with a press of a button during the process. The final result is displayed immediately after the rapid test, or automatically as a target/actual comparison of the capacity during the cycle runs. In case of a malfunction, the measurement is automatically aborted.
